- If you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian to access our educational services.
- All registration information you submit is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
- Your use of the services does not violate any applicable law or institutional regulation.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features (such as assignments, dashboards, and submission tracking), you may be required to register an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You agree not to share your individual user credentials or permit unauthorized third parties to access your portal.

4. ReadyToGo Platform Terms
ReadyToGo provides self-paced technical challenges, curated project blueprints, and developer readiness paths.
- Educational Purpose: The exercises, challenges, and simulations are provided for educational and skill-building purposes.
- Honest Execution: Users must not employ unauthorized automated scrapers, answer leaks, or reverse-engineer private challenge test cases.
- Platform Stability: Users must not execute malicious code payloads, attempt sandbox escapes, or overload the evaluation runtime.
5. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use
We maintain an inclusive, professional, and supportive learning community. When participating in community channels, forums, or events, you agree NOT to:
- Harass, intimidate, abuse, or defame any participant, organizer, mentor, or staff member.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious scripts, viruses, or unauthorized tracking mechanisms.
- Attempt unauthorized vulnerability testing, denial of service attacks, or penetration testing without explicit prior written authorization.
- Submit plagiarized academic or technical work in competitive hackathons or official assessments.
6. Hackathons & Competitions
Specific hackathons and technical competitions organized by Codex Monarch may include additional event-specific rules, schedules, and evaluation criteria:
- Registration & Teams: Each participant must possess a valid, verifiable Registration ID. Team sizes must comply with published event rules.
- Original Work: Unless explicitly permitted by event guidelines, projects must be developed during the hackathon timeframe. Plagiarism or submission of pre-built commercial software is strictly grounds for immediate disqualification.
- Judging Decisions: Decisions reached by event judges, mentors, and the organizing committee regarding awards, shortlists, and rankings are final and binding.
- Certificates: Certificates of participation or achievement are issued to eligible participants who meet minimum submission and attendance benchmarks.
7. User Submissions & Projects
You retain ownership of the original software, code repositories, and documentation that you create and submit through our platforms or hackathons. However, by submitting content for evaluation, public showcase, or certificates, you grant Codex Monarch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, test, run, and publicly display your project (such as in community leaderboards, portfolio showcases, or social media recaps).
8. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, including the names "Codex Monarch" and "ReadyToGo", logos, visual designs, curriculum material, website layouts, icons, and proprietary challenge structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Codex Monarch. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially distribute our proprietary material without express written authorization.
9. Fees & Payments
While the majority of community activities and general learning resources are complimentary, certain specialized events, workshops, or premium platform features may require registration fees:
- All applicable fees and taxes are clearly disclosed prior to payment completion.
- Payments are processed securely via verified third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay).
- Unless otherwise stated in specific event terms or mandated by applicable law, hackathon entry fees and registration dues are non-refundable once your registration slot is confirmed and allocated.
10. AI-Assisted Features & Automated Tools
Select components of ReadyToGo may utilize artificial intelligence and algorithmic evaluation engines to review coding exercises, generate feedback hints, and accelerate learning.
- AI-generated feedback is provided "as is" as an educational suggestion. It is not an absolute guarantee of code correctness or production fitness.
- Users should independently review and verify automated code recommendations before deploying them to real-world production environments.
11. Suspension & Termination
Codex Monarch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, event participation, or access to our platforms immediately and without prior notice in the event of:
